New at this Blogging thing

This is my very first blog. My attempt at journaling my journey and sharing my recipes.
Im not one to buy premade foods. I love to cook. Ive also, since joining the weight watchers program have learned to cook healthier.
I love sharing. So i do hope anyone who joins and reads my blog, enjoys my recipes, and silly antics as we go thru this journey of a new lifestyle.

  2. I like to create my own recipes too. for dinner I made a turkey burger (5 pts) on whole grain english muffin(2 pts) and steak fries (2 pts). I served it with lettuce, tomato and pickle, ff mayo and ketchup. I felt full ans satisfied w/o Micky D's or Burger Kings greasy burgers. I used my George Foreman grill and cooked the entire meal with no added fat.
